All prices quoted are per
person.

Non-members are welcome on
RFC trips.

Every person traveling with
the RFC must submit a signed and notarized trip contract
by the Final Payment date - no exceptions.

Anyone under 18 years of age
is required to submit a signed and notarized Parental
Consent Form and must be accompanied by an adult who is
at least 18 years old.

Everyone accompanying the
RFC on a trip is expected to abide by RFC Rules and
Regulations with regard to trips, which will be given to
them when they pay their deposit.

Please observe the
Cancellation and Final Payment dates. They are intended
to protect you and the Fan Club so all financial
responsibilities are met on a timely basis.

No personal checks will be
accepted for payment within two weeks of a trip’s
departure.

If any trip is canceled due
to a snowstorm or any other Act of God, the RFC will
refund to each participant, whatever monies were
refunded to the RFC. For example, if the RFC receives a
refund for the bus and tickets, but not the hotel, you
will receive the bus and ticket money only.

All bus trips leave from MSG
(31st St. side between 7th & 8th Aves.) unless other
wise specified.
There will be no smoking on the bus. Rest stops will be
provided.

Remember, if you sign up for a trip and do not cancel on or before the
cancellation date, you will be required to pay for the trip, in full, regardless
of whether you actually go on the trip or not. The hotels require payment in full and will not refund any monies after
the cancellation date. |

All payments must be made and all contracts must be signed
and notarized by the final payment date! There will be no exceptions. In
order to meet our contractual obligations, we must receive and make payments to
the hotel, opponent’s ticket office and bus company on a timely basis. |

Due
to our contract with the bus company, no one is permitted to be dropped
off at any location other than the designated trip stops.
